The CGReport: Maybe some delays

There has been an accident at the CGReport headquarters resulting in loss of internet. We are working at a temporary location, but there may be some delays in uploading articles each day. We will attempt to stay on the same twice a day schedule, but bear with us. Believe it or not, they don't expect the lines to be repaired until 9 November. Sorry for any inconvenience.
